Mandela Celebrating Mandela�s birthday at The Grant Bradley Gallery 7pm - Friday 18th July The Gallery Film Club, in the Grant Bradley Gallery, Bedminster Parade, will show the film �Mandela� as part of the Afrika Eye film festival on Mandela�s birthday � Friday 18th July. The film tells the life story of Nelson Mandela until his inauguration in 1994 as South Africa�s first black President and was made with the support of Mandela. A member of ACTSA � Action for South Africa � will attend the film club launch. Bristol�s Rednotes choir will sing the South African anthem. Phone 01179 637673 to make a booking. Tickets are available on the door and cost �5, concessions �2.50. Screening starts at 8pm with refreshments available from 7pm.
